Curry is an ingredient you are likely to find in many different styles of food. Thai food uses curry and so does Indian and a host of others. What some may not realize, however, is that there are literally dozens of different types of curry.
It is not uncommon for someone to like Thai food and dislike Indian or West Indian food. The opposite can also happen. The point is each type of curry is different.
